He was born June 22;1957;in North Charleroi;a son of William S.and Elsie Stearns Scullion;who survive and reside in Beaver Falls. Mr.Scullion has been a resident of Pittsburgh for the past 10 years. He was an Episcopalian by faith. He was a 1975 graduate of Beaver Falls High School;and was a graduate of the University of California in January of 1979 with a degree in business. He also attended the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School. He was employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the computer department and worked with the State Stores. In addition to his parents;he is survived by a brother and sister-in-law;Dennis and Susan Scullion of Plano;Texas;a niece;Lacy Scullion of Plano;Texas;a nephew;Billy Scullion of Plano;Texas;his paternal grandmother;Mrs.Jean Scullion of Fayette City;three aunts and three great-aunts. Mrs. Setree was a member of
Speers United Methodist Church
and its United Methodist
Women’s organization.
She had been a resident of
Speers Hill from 1964 to 1979 and
resided in Belle Vernon from
1979 to 1990 before moving to
Allison Park.
Mrs. Setree was a former
employee of the G.C. Murphy
Company; Quality Meat Company and Al-Jay’s; all in
Charleroi; retiring in December
1989.
She was preceded in death by
her husband; James E. Setree
II; Nov. 25; 1987.

A lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area;he was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon. Mr.Smereczniak was a veteran of the United States Army;having served during World War II. He was a member of the Mon Valley Chapter 131 Disabled American Veterans. He retired in 1959 as an inspector for the Donora Southern Railroad. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by two sisters;Justine Nogy and Virginia Smereczniak.
