The honors will be given in graveside services at Belle Vernon Cemetery on Friday;May 16;by the First Platoon Truck Company Headquarters Battalion Fourth Marine Division of the Marine Corps Training Center in Connellsville. Mrs.Worrell was born Dec.11;1904;in Pricedale;a daughter of the late John and Mary Monks Turner. She was a member of the Pricedale Union Church;where she taught the Adult Class for over 10 years before she moved to Ligonier seven years ago. Mrs.Worrell worked in the Rostraver Township wage tax office for several years. Later;she was appointed wage tax collector and held that appointment for several years before finally being elected Rostraver Township tax collector;a position she held for eight years or two terms. She was preceded in death by her husband;Harry Worrell;on April 11;1984.
