Tony Altier;73;of Belle Vernon R.D.2;died at his late home Friday;May 29;1964;at 6:45 a.m. He was a member of the Italian Society of Mutual Aid;American Legion Post 28 and veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1190;all of Monessen. Mr.Altier lived in Monessen until 1942 when he moved to his present address. He was a World War I veteran and a retired welder of the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co.;retiring July 8;1958. He was born in Italy April 7;1891. He was born in Czechoslovakia on June 27;1890.
