Born in McKeesport; July 18;
1891;to William M.and Ella Kate Robinson Billger; he was retired from the oil
tubing department of the Allenport plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co.
in 1956 after nearly 40 years of service. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Castle and the American Legion Post 22; Charleroi.
Preceded in death by his wife;
Mary Conner Billger on April 4;
1940; he is survived by a daughter; Mrs. LeRoy (Doris) Columbus; with whom he made his
home and a brother; Harry; of
Belle Vernon. The body has been removed from the William F.DeCarbo Funeral Home on Cunningham Ave.to the Shelby Ferguson Funeral Home in Belle Vernon where friends are being received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.on Monday. Services will be held in the funeral home at 1:30 p.m.Tuesday;July 16;1963;with Rev.John Calvin Myers officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
