She was born in Monessen on June 6;1935 and was a graduate of Monessen High School;Class of 1953;and of California State College;class of 1957. Mrs.Bailey taught two years in the Washington School of Monessen and was employed in the Los Angeles school system until the time of her death. She had been an active member of the South Los Angeles Baptist Church.
