Mrs.Eleonora Bucchianeri;73;of Dunlevy;died Sunday;March 13;1977 in Carroll Twp. Mrs.Bucchianeri was born in Italy on Oct.24;1903;a daughter of the late Antonio and Rosa Parente Checchi. She had lived in Dunlevy almost all of her life and was a member of the Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church;the Ladies Altar Society;the Goodwill Club and Golden Agers;all in Charleroi;and the Garibaldi Ladies Auxiliary of Dunlevy. She was preceded in death by her husband;Guido;on Jan.27;1970 and by a brother;Elio Checchi;on March 25;1973. survivors include one son;Arthur Bucchianeri of Belle Vernon;two brothers;Elmo Checchi of Charleroi and Edward Checchi of Orlando;Fla.;and four sisters;Mrs.Elia Haywood of Smyrna;Tenn.;Mrs.Esilde Bussard of North Bethlehem;Pa.;Mrs.Emma Goldsby of Pensacola;Fla.;and Mrs.Edna Jacobs of Dunlevy. Friends will be received in the Francis C.Slezak Funeral Home;Third St.and Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Tuesday and Wednesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Thursday at 11 a.m.at Mother of Sorrows Church;Charleroi;with Rev.John J.Thomas;pastor;as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
