A few feet beyond the point where the truck stopped is a mudhole;and it was said the boys had gone there to wash their hands in the water. It was said the accident occurred about ten feet from the point where the truck last stopped to deliver milk. The driver brought his truck to a stop immediately when he heard a scream. Only the left front wheel had passed over the boy whose head was crushed.
