Born July 11;1899;in Lynchburg;Va.;he was a son of the late Louis and Virginia Campbell. He moved to Monessen in 1920. A 44-year employee of the Wire Department at the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;he retired in 1965. He moved to Mobile following the death of his wife;Mrs.Hattie Campbell;on March 22;1967.
