She was born in Webster on Sept.13;1889;a daughter of the late Henry and Frances Billiter Lange;and had lived in Belle Vernon since 1933. Mrs.Feehan formerly worked as a nurse at the Charleroi-Monessen hospital for many years. She was a member of St.Sebastian Catholic Church;Belle Vernon.
