Born Jan.28;1895 in Douglasville;Ga.;Mr.Nalls had been a resident of Monessen for the past 40 years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge 697 of Monessen;and had been employed as a trucker in the wire mill of the Monessen plant of the Pittsburgh Steel Co. He is survived by his mother;Mrs.Parlee Hutchison of Atlanta;Ga.;a daughter;Mrs.Avon (Ruby) Wright of Pittsburgh;four sons;John of Pittsburgh;James of Cleveland;Joseph and David;at home;three brothers;Clifford and Archie;both of Atlanta and Gadis of Pittsburgh;a granddaughter;Mrs.Loretta Johnson of Pittsburgh as well as six other grandchildren. Also surviving are three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife four years ago. Alexander Nagy;aged 77 years;411 Sixth St.;Donora;died Friday;November 29;1957;at 6 o’clock in Washington Hospital;Washington;Pa.;after a year’s illness. He was born in Hungary on May 12;1880;and had been a resident of Donora since 1910;coming there from Toledo;Ohio. The deceased was a car repairman for the Donora-Southern Railroad until his retiremeent seven years ago. Surviving are his wife;Mrs.Anna Nagy;a son;Paul Nagy of Belle Vernon;two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren;a sister;Mrs.Susan Varro of Michigan.
