Mrs. Lucille Phelps; 41; of Pricedale; died in the Charleroi Monessen Hospital; Monday at 7:15 p.m. following an illness of three days.
She was born in Wyco; W. Va.; April 22; 1921; the daughter of James and Susie Newbill.
She came to this area in 1929 from West Virginia; and was a member of the Antioch Baptist Church of Belle Vernon.
She is survived by her by her husband Curtis Phelps; two sons; Ronald and Henry at home; three daughters; Yvonne; Vicki and Toni; at home; her parents; Mr. and Mrs. James Newbill; two brothers; Oscar of Pricedale and Ollie Newbill; Duarte; Calif.; four sisters Mrs. Grace Cook; Pricedale; Margaret Newbill; Pittsburgh; Mrs. Estella Reed; Monessen; and Maggie of Rochester N.Y.
