Born Oct.1;1907;in Belle Vernon;he was a son of the late Harry and Mary Osborne Shultz and had resided in Monessen for a number of years. He retired in 1965 as a pipefitter in the blooming mill at the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He had been active for many years in Monessen No.1Fire Department and was a member of the Western Pennsylvania Firemen’s Association. He was also a member of the Mon Valley Retired Steelworkers. Frank S.Sellaro Sr.;61;of 415 Main St.;Belle Vernon;died Thursday;May 29;1975 at 6:20 p.m.in Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital. Born in Belle Vernon on Nov.16;1913;he was the son of Ross and Saleta Bitonti Sellaro. Mr.Sellaro served as a member of Belle Vernon Fire Dept.No.2 for 43 years and had been chief of the company for nine of those years. He was an Army veteran of World War II and belonged to the Belle Vernon American Legion Post;Charleroi and Belle Vernon Veterans of Foreign Wars posts and the Fayette and Western Firemen’s Associations. He was employed as a custodian in the Belle Vernon Area School District;working at Rostraver Junior High School.
