She devoted much time to the Parent-Teacher movement. She had served as president of the Allenport PTA;the Charleroi Junior High School PTA;and the Washington County PTA Council. She also served as vice-president of the Southwest District PTA Council. She was a member of the Mother of Sorrows R.C.Church in Charleroi;and the Ladies Altar Society. She was born in Dunlevy Feb.8;1906;and was educated in Charleroi schools. She was the daughter of the late Pete and Julia Danesi Bercini.
