Edward Baxter Armentrout;67;of Eighty Four R.D.2;North Bethlehem Township;died Tuesday;April 10;1945;at 5:30 p.m. in the Washington Hospital;following an operation. Mr.Armentrout had resided in North Bethlehem Township;where he was a farmer;for the past seven years;previously residing in Charleroi. He was born in West Virginia;Dec.22;1877;a son of the late James and Sennia Miller Armentrout. He is survived by his wife;Sevanna Mae Armentrout;the following sons and daughters;Mrs.Bessie Bee;Pittsburgh;James Edward;Wellsburg;W.Va.;Mrs.James B.Hickle;Keyser;W.Va.;Mrs.Nellie Frances;Keyser;W.Va.;Robert;at home;Charles of Roscoe;Mrs.John Homer Martin;at home;and Mrs.Irene Morris;Brady;Tex.;four brothers;Ott and Charles;of Kline.W.Va.;Leon;of Flemington;W.Va.;and Ben;of Belington;W.Va.;a sister;Mrs.Rose Shreeves;Gormania;W.Va. Services will be held at the late home Saturday;April 14;1945;at 2 p.m. Rev.Frank S.Montgomery will have charge of services. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon cemetery. Jones and Thompson are funeral directors.
