He was a member of the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church;Charleroi;and the Moose Lodge here. He is survived by his wife;Alice Cope;three sons and two daughters;two brothers;John Cope and Joseph Cope of Fayette City;R.D.;and one sister;Mrs.Anna Rockridge of Fayette City;R.D. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Friday;May 30;1952;at 1 p.m.;followed by additional servies at 2 p.m.in the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church;Charleroi. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rev.Gregory Soroka will be in charge of services. John L.Bake is the funeral director.

Mrs.Maria Carini;of Okmulgee;Oklahoma;formerly of Belle Vernon;died Thursday;December 20;1951. She is survived by four sons;George of Okmulgee;Frank of Clarksburg;West Virginia;and William and Mario also of Okmulgee;one sister;Mrs.Croce Biagini;Belle Vernon;ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Anthony’s R.C;Church in Okmulgee; this morning;Friday;Dec.21;1951. The body will arrive late Saturday night in Belle Vernon; and will be taken to the Toner Funeral Home;where friends will be received beginning Sunday morning. Brief services will be held there Monday;December 24;1951;at 10 a.m.;in charge of Rev.Francis Martin in St.Sebastian’s Church;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
