June Rose Eggers;wife of Benjamin Eggers;died Wednesday;November 30;1942;at 3 a.m.at her home in Jackson;Ohio;following a lingering illness. She spent her childhod in Monessen and attended grade and high school here. She later moved to Belle Vernon;where she was a member of the Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. She is survived by her husband;her father;James D.Adams;of Belle Vernon;and an aunt;Miss Sara Adams;of Belle Vernon. Friends are being received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home in Belle Vernon until Wednesday at 3 p.m.when funeral services will be held with Rev.H.F.Pierce;of the Methodist Church;in charge. Charles A.Eisley;a resident of Monessen for the past 28 years;died Friday;January 31st at the home of his son;Leroy Eisley;907 Rostraver Street;following a lingering illness. Surviving are the following children;Mrs.Elsie Gilmore;Mrs.Claude Boyd;Walter Eisley;Mrs.Lucille Shaw;Ralph Eisley;Mrs.Caroline Boord;Mrs.Ora Stone;Mrs.Viva Watson;Clyde;Leroy Floyd and Albert L.Eisley. All reside in Monessen. Twenty-three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. His wife;Emma;preceded him in death 10 years ago. Friends are being received at the residence;907 Rostraver Street;where funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock;with Rev.Robert M.Clark;pastor of the United Presbyterian Church;officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
