Mrs.Mary Ann Failey;age 95 years;formerly of 12 Schoonmaker Avenue;Monessen;died Monday;April 3;1944;at 9 a.m.;after a lingering illness. She was born in England July 20;1848;and was the widow of the late Albert H.Fairley;former paymaster at the Monessen plant of the Pittsburgh Steel Company. She is survived by one son;Frank of Belle Vernon;seven grandchildren;nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Italo Frediana;a resident of Monessen for the past 41 years;died suddenly this morning;Friday;Dec.31;1943;at the home of his brother;Joseph Frediana;240 Schoonmaker avenue where he made his home. He was employed for 38 years at the Carnegie-Illinois Co.;being pensioned at the time of the dismantling of the local plant. He has been employed for some time at the Veterans of Foreign Wars home on Schoonmaker avenue. She was a member of the St.Sebastian Church of Belle Vernon and is survived by her husband;Francis Frycke;her parents;Mr.and Mrs.Victor Petras of Belle Vernon;one brother;Frank L.of Belle Vernon;three sisters;Mrs.Helen Balog of Newell;Erma Ann Bonner of Pittsburgh and Dolores of Belle Vernon.
