Louis August Larguier;aged 81 years;of R.D.Belle Vernon;died at his home Sunday morning;January 11;1942;at 5:45 o’clock;of a heart attack following a short illness. Mr.Larguier was a resident of Belle Vernon for the past 25 years;and was formerly of Monessen;being one of the pioneer builders of this community. He is survived by his widow;Mrs.Melina Larguier;two daughters;Mrs.Samuel Daugherty of Belle Vernon and Mrs.Loius Camino of Belle Vernon;two sons;Henry at home and John A.of Duquesne. Three grandchildren also survive. Friends will be recieved at the Melenyzer Funeral Home;from where services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Dr.Edwin Sloan;pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon;will officiate. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.

John Luzanski;Sr.;aged 66 years;of 646 Graham Avenue;Belle Vernon;died suddenly at his home at 6:35 a.m.Thursday;May 29;1941;of a heart attack. Surviving is his wife;Anna;four daughters;Mrs.Steve Sarnowski;Belle Vernon;Mrs.George Janosik;Swissvale;Mrs.Eugene Gilmore;Belle Vernon;Miss Mary Luzanski;at home;four sons;George Luzanski;of Belle Vernon;and John;Michael and Andrew;at home. Nine grandchildren also survive. Mr.Luzanski was a member of St.Mary’s Greek Catholic Church;Monessen. Friends are being received at the late home until time for funeral services at 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon;June 1;in St.Mary’s Church in Monessen. Rev.John Bovankovich will officiate. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A Mass for the deceased will be held in the church at 9 o’clock Monday morning;June 2. C.L.and Edwin Melenyzer are funeral directors.

Margaret C.Lehew;aged 63;of 616 Arch Street.Belle Vernon;died at 5:30 o’clock the morning of Saturday;October 5;1940;in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital. The deceased is the wife of Charles Lehew and had been ill only a week. She leaves besides her husband;one daughter;Mrs.George Wall of Donora;two sons;Robert Lehew in the U.S.Veterans hospital at Canadaga;N.Y.;and Harry at home;two sisters;Mrs.John Jeck of Michigan and Mrs.Harry Harrison of Jeannette. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home;Belle Vernon until Tuesday afternoon when services will be held;the Rev.Percy Mundy officiating.
