James Earl Myers; aged 55
years; son of the late Theodore
and Elizabeth Myers; died Sunday
night; December 5;1943 in the Ohio Valley hospital; at SteubenvilJe; Ohio;
where he had been employed for
the past six months; after a few
hours illness. He had resided in
Monessen for the past 15 years
and his entire life was spent in this
immediate vicinity. He was in the
employ of the Page mill and the
Monessen Foundry & Machine Co.
for many years; in the capacity
of an electrician.
Mrs. Samuel Ross; of Reed avenue; is an aunt of the deceased
and Arthur Myers; of Reed avenue;
a nephew.
Friends are being received at
the Woodward Home for Funerals where services will be held Thursday afternoon at 3 o’clock;with Rev.Ted V. Voorhees;pastor of the Methodist Church;officiating. Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery. Dave.H.Woodward;funeral director;in charge.

was aged 53 years.
The deceased was a member of
the First Christian Church and
the Patriotic Order of America.
She is survived by her husband; a daughter; Ruth; at home;
and a son; Raymond; Jr.; of Fayette City; three sisters; Mrs.
Goldie Belle; of Clarksburg; Mrs.
Georgia Getz and Mrs. Hazel Hilpert or Bellevue. Two grandchildren also survive.
Friends are being received at the Toner Funeral home until Friday;November 26;1943;at 4 p.m.at which time funeral services will be held in charge of Rev.J.W.Klagas;pastor of the First Christian Church.
