Rudolph was a cooper by trade (barrell maker). He is survived by his wife;Margaret Schmidt;two sons;Rudolph A.Schmidt Jr.;and Robert H.Schmidt of Belle Vernon;one brother;William of McKeesport;three sisters;Mrs.Bowman French of Pittsburgh;Mrs.Carley Price of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Pearl Didel of Pittsburgh;and three grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Wednesday;January 30;1946;at 2:30 p.m. in charge of Rev.T.James. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon cemetery.
