John Robert Staff;a resident of Webster for the past 36 years;died Sunday;March 23;1941;at 5:30 p.m.in the Memorial hospital;Monongahela. He had been ill for the past two weeks. Born in England;Mr.Staff settled in this section a number of years ago. He was employed by the Pittsburgh Coal Co.at Pricedale. Surviving are his wife;Mrs.Sarah Staff;two sons;James Henry Staff;of Donora;Jack Staff at home;and five daughters;Mrs.Florence Cox of Webster;Mrs.Harriet Couser of Webster;Mrs.Catherine Couser of Donora;and Jennie and Bernice Staff at home. Three grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held Wednesday;March 28;1941;at 2 p.m.in the Webster Presbyterian Church. Rev.Paul Andree of Monongahela and Rev.George Guest;of the Marion Presbyterian Church;Fairhope;will officiate. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.

Andrew Shosky;died at his home;206 Wilson avenue;North Belle Vernon;February 3;at the age of 28 years. He had been ill for some time. Surviving are his parents;Mr.and Mrs. Michael Shosky;and the following brothers and sisters;John;of Monessen;Michael;Jr.;and Margaret at home;and Mrs.Mary Patterson of Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be held from the late residence;206 Wilson avenue;Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Rev.Skrabek;pastor of the Polish church in Monessen;will officiate. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon cemetery.
