Mrs.Harry Fellabaum;aged about 50;died at her home at Pricedale this morning April 27;1915 about 11 o’clock. She had been in failing health for some time. Two sons and three daughters survive;Mrs.Fellabaum having been twice married. The sons are James Fellabaum;of Monessen and Harry Galey of Pricedale. Norman J. Foglia; 80; of Belle Vernon; Rostraver Township; died Monday; July 14; 2003; at 4:25 a.m. in Jefferson Regional Health System; Jefferson Borough. Born June 6; 1923; in Charleroi; he was a son of the late Frank and Carmella Troiano Foglia. A resident of Rostraver Township for the past 43 years; Mr. Foglia was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon; and was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel in Allenport; where he worked as a roller in the tandem mill. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II; a member of American Legion Post 659 and VFW Post 699; both in Belle Vernon; the Italian Unita Club of Charleroi and REAP. John Thomas Tom Manning Jr.; 58; of Cortland; Ohio; died Saturday; July 12; 2003; in Forum Trumbull Memorial Hospital; Warren; Ohio. A son of the late John Thomas and Margaret Peggy Jacobs Manning; he was born in Charleroi on Aug. 19; 1944. Mr. Manning was a U.S. Army veteran; having served in Vietnam; and he was a member of the Cortland United Methodist Church. Mr. Manning graduated from Bellmar High School and received his bachelor of science degree in education from California State College and earned his master’s degree in education from Kent State University. He did post graduate work in educational administration at Kent State and Youngstown State universities; The University of Dayton and Ashland College. Mr. Manning was employed by Washington County (Pa.) and Warren City (Ohio) schools as a speech and hearing therapist; Berkshire local schools in Burton; Ohio; as an assistant high school principal and athletic director from 1974-1976; Champion local schools as assistant high school principal from 1976-1980; Joseph Badger local schools as high school and middle school principal from 1980-1989; and middle school principal for Champion local schools from 1989 until his retirement in 1995. Survivors include his wife; Joyce D. Legg Manning; whom he married Jan. 22; 1966; two daughters and sons-in-law; Shani and Robert Haught of Delaware; Ohio; and Vikki and Matthew Kaiser of North Royalton; Ohio; one granddaughter; Baili Haught; one grandson; Colton Haught; one brother; Larry Manning of Des Moines; Iowa; one sister; Kathy Acton of Stow; Ohio; and one nephew; Larry Acton Jr. of Kent; Ohio. Henry Wilkerson; 66; of Donora; died Saturday; July 12; 2003. The son of the late Joe and Willa Mae Wilkerson; he was born Jan. 30; 1935. He was a former employee of the Washington County Housing Authority and a member of First Baptist Church in Donora. Mr. Wilkerson is survived by his grandson; Aaron Webb of Donora; and three aunts; Cleotha Lyon of Springfield; Mass.; and Lois and Libelia Bea Lyons; both of Donora.
