A daughter of the late Saverio and Mary Bitonti Zema; she was born in Belle Vernon on Nov. 24; 1930. A former member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church; Sarah was currently a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and the Annita Garibaldi Society. A devoted wife; mother and grandmother; Sarah; the heart of the family; dedicated her life to caring not only for her family; but many others. She enjoyed cooking and baking and was an avid card player. Sarah will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
