Adela J. Raymond; 90; of Fayette City (Naomi); died Sunday; Sept. 21; 2008; in Mon Valley Hospital Inc.; Carroll Township. She was born Jan. 28; 1918; in Washington Township; a daughter of the late Joseph Druciak and the late Anna Duda. She was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church; Fayette City; and a member of the Naomi Club. Surviving are three sons; Richard Raymond and wife Evelyn; of Belle Vernon; Jerry Raymond and wife Tammy; of Elizabeth; and Dennis Raymond; of Fayette City; one sister; Julie Menozzi; of McKeesport; five grandchildren; Todd Raymond; Kevin Raymond; Christopher Raymond; Gary Raymond and Dawn Marie Mille; seven great- grandchildren; Kayliegh Mille; Emily Mille; Cierra Raymond; Chassidy Raymond; Dylan Raymond; Aaron Raymond and CJ Raymond. She was preceded in death by her husband; Louis Raymond; three brothers; John; Joseph and Edward Druciak; and two sisters; Mary Nutter and Genevieve Russell. Edith Cunko; 84; formerly of Brownstown; Fayette City; passed away Wednesday; June 16; 2010; in the home of her daughter in Allendale; S.C. A daughter of the late Reuben and Stella Usher Williams; she was born in Brownstown on Oct. 7; 1925. She was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; of Belle Vernon; and the former Holy Spirit Church; of Fayette City. Edith was a former duck pin bowler; wrote poetry; and had received a Golden Poet Award for her poem What The Morning Brings. Until her move to South Carolina in February 2010; she had been a lifelong resident of Brownstown. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law; Ruby and Wayne Hendrix; with whom she made her home in Allendale; S.C.; two sons and daughters-in-law; Edward F. Jr. and Jan Cunko; and James and Suzanne Cunko; all of Belle Vernon; seven grandchildren; Cary Lynn Mohamed and her husband; Gus; Gary Buzzy Roley and his wife; Ann; Tommy Emelo; James Cunko Jr. and his wife; Lorie; Trent Cunko and his wife; Kelly; Corey Spickel and her husband; Gregg; and Edward F. Cunko II; and six great-grandchildren; Tyler Covert; Gunner Rhoden; Balayna Roley; Holly and Haley Spickel; and Trent Anthony Cunko. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Edward F. Cunko Sr.; on Dec. 17; 1970; five sisters; Margaret Farquhar; Ada Gould; Hannah Miller; Mary Bell Moistner; and Stella (Nell) Delia; and five brothers; James; Evan; Raymond and George Moody; and George Williams.
