Mildred R. (McFall) Rose; 82; of Belle Vernon; died Monday; Jan. 19; 2009; at her residence. Born Aug. 17; 1926; in Charleroi (Twilight Hollow); she was the daughter of the late Arlie and Melissa (Hendrickson) McFall. Mrs. Rose was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Monessen. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; William P. Rose; on Jan 10; 1995; three sisters; Nellie Basim; Grace McCorkle and Iva Steer; and a brother; Thomas McFall. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law; William E. and Mona Rose; of Carmichaels; two daughters; Mary Jane Rose and Deborah L. Rose; both of Belle Vernon; grandchildren; William D. Rose and wife Christina; Melissa E. Leoni and husband Michael; Rachelle M. Rich and Kendall Corso; great-grandchildren; Adrianna J. Leoni; and MaKenna and Maddix; a brother; Glenn McFall; of Bridgeville; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Rose loved her two cats; Tawny and Snowy. Born Feb. 9; 1922; in Fayette City; she was the daughter of the late Frank and Magdelyn Halgus Bolchak. Mrs. Pollack was a lifelong resident of Fayette City; was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and the former Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church; Fayette City. She also enjoyed reading; cooking and ironing. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law; Thomas and Mary Jo Pollack; of Peters Township; two daughters and sons-in-law; Ann and Richard Revak; of Fayette City; Sandy and Kevin Whetzel; of Fayette City; five grandchildren; Thomas J.
