Dale Lynn; 76; of Belle Vernon; passed away at his home on Nov. 14; 2011; with his family by his side. Dale was born on Jan. 3; 1935; to the late Eli and Alfaretta Lynn; of Belle Vernon. In addition to his parents; Dale had been preceded in death by five brothers; Emerson; Richard; Robert; Owen; and his twin; Don; and four sisters; May; Clara; Lela and Sarah. Dale was a retired carpenter of 32 years with Valley Home Improvement. He is survived by two brothers; Glenn Lynn; of Ruffsdale and Harold Lynn; of North Carolina; his loving wife of 46 years; Carol; four children; Dale Jr.; of Perryopolis; James; of Dawson; June Johnson; of Fairhope and Kevin and wife; Kim; of Smithton. Dale is also survived by three stepdaughters; Carol Langford and husband; Keith; of Perryopolis; Roberta Strelecki and husband Neno; of Allenport and Cheryl Thompson; of Belle Vernon; 17 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Ruth L. Rosborough; 81; of Donora; formerly of Belle Vernon; passed away Thursday; Jan. 20; 2011; in Monongahela Valley Hospital. A daughter of the late Milfred Q. and Ruby Tustin Jones; she was born in Monessen on Sept. 10; 1929. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon; graduated from Monessen High School in 1947; and had been a longtime employee of Yareck’s Health Food and Hearing Aid of Charleroi. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law; Linda L. and Dennis Buck; of Donora; Debra E. and John Kerekes; of Belle Vernon; and Donna J. and Walter Clegg; of Bellefontaine; Ohio; nine grandchildren; Kristan L. A daughter of the late Thomas and Lydia Waller Glatfelter; she was born in Eighty Four on Jan. 31; 1909. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church; of Belle Vernon; where she had been a Sunday School teacher for over 50 years; and the United Methodist Women. She had resided in Florida with her daughter for the past year; and prior to that; had resided in North Belle Vernon since 1946. Viola loved gardening and baking.
