He was born Aug. 7; 1943; son of the late Carlo Scaramucci and the late Carmella Rocco Scaramucci; of Newell. He was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh in 1967; with a bachelor of science degree; and a degree in dental medicine. Dr. Scaramucci served two years of active duty in the U.S. Army; where he received the Army Commendation Medal. After returning home; he built a dental practice in Charleroi; where he practiced dentistry until his retirement in 2005. Eugene; or Gene as he was known by all; was a member of Saint Anne’s Roman Catholic Church; Rostraver Township. He was a beloved husband and a devoted father and grandfather. He was an avid golfer who loved golfing with family and friends. He was a member of the Mensa golf league and Willowbrook Couples golf league.
