Born May 4; 1937; in North Charleroi; she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Cecilia Cel Misiak Sadowski. Mrs. Sivek was a lifelong resident of Washington Township and a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. Mrs. Sivek owned and operated Lynnwood Bowling Lanes; until her retirement in May 2011. She enjoyed bowling; playing golf and her bridge club. Eileen was an avid sports fan; whatever the season – Steelers; Penguins; Pirates; basketball; golf and even the Kentucky Derby. She was a member and elder of the Marion Presbyterian Church where she served on the Mission Team and as the fundraising chairwoman. A resident of Belle Vernon since the mid 1960’s; she had grown up in Monessen. Barbara was the owner and operator of Le Collection in Uniontown. Survivors include her husband of 34 years; Victor M. Mary (Case) Schreiber; 93; of Eastmont in Wilkins Township; died Tuesday; June 5; 2012. Mary was born July 27; 1918; in Belle Vernon; a daughter of Jesse and Clara Case. She grew up in North Belle Vernon; graduated from Belle Vernon High School in 1935 and the University of Pittsburgh in 1939 with a degree in chemistry and medical technology. She later achieved a master’s degree in bacteriology. She had a varied career in local hospitals; laboratories and private practices as a medical technologist/pathologist and research chemist. She taught chemistry at Point Park College and retired after several years of lab work with leukemia specialists. Mary was also an accomplished pianist and served many years as a church organist. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Gerard J. Schreiber; in 1999; and is survived by two sons; Jesse (Barbara) Case Schreiber; of Johnson City; Tenn.; and Gerard L. Schreiber; of Pittsburgh; and three grandchildren; Steven; Scott (Jessica) and Susan Schreiber; all of Tennessee. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the STEPHEN D.
