Born Jan. 10; 1938; in Brooklyn; N.Y.; raised in Donora; she was the daughter of the late Albert and Eleanor Neal. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Richard D. Grogan Sr.; daughter; Lynn Grogan-Chaney; son; Albert (Albie) Grogan; sister; Mary Lou Bowman and brother; Ronald Towler. She was a lifetime member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church and a true soldier for the Lord. She was a faithful friend to all. Louise I. McCullum; 83; of Arnold City; passed away Wednesday; Aug. 21; 2013. Born May 6; 1930; in Pricedale; she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Jones. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; David McCullum; brothers; Clarence; Anthony and William Jones; sister-in-law; Mattie Ora Jones; niece; Antonia Lawson; and nephew; Michael Jones. Louise was a member of Macedonia Holiness Church in Arnold City under the leadership of the Rev. Pastor Kathleen Wilson. She was a loving and caring person; always with a smile. Louise loved her family. Nancy J. Provance; 68; of Belle Vernon; passed away on Wednesday; August 21; 2013; in Washington County Health Center. A daughter of the late Paul and Helen Addison Provance; she was born on December 28; 1944. Nancy was a member of the First United Methodist Church and she worked for 23 years as a nurse’s aide and in central supply at the former Charleroi-Monessen Hospital before her retirement in 1987. Survivors include her sister; Jackie Pover; of Monongahela; and her niece; Paula Willman and her husband; Jack; of Monongahela. She was preceded in death by her sister; JoAnn O’Neil in 1996 and her brother; Frank Provance in 2008. Visitation and funeral services are private at the request of the family. Gordon H. Watkins; 73; of Speers; passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday; Aug. 20; 2013. He was born on Sept. 2; 1939; the son of the late Robert H. and Evelyn (Doyle) Watkins. He retired in 2001; after 35 years from the Monessen Coke Plant with Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel; Sharon Steel and Koppers Industries. Gordon was a member of the Speers United Methodist Church for 61 years and also served as director of the Speers United Methodist Church Preschool for over 21 years. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 48 years; Ella Louise (Hrutkay) Watkins; son; Gordon H. (Sherry) Watkins II of Rostraver Township; daughters; Amie (Martin) Matyas of Fallowfield Township and Kim McGavitt of Alexandria; Va.; grandchildren; Gordon H. Watkins III; Ashley N. He was born Sept. 11; 1956; in North Charleroi; a son of Mary Margaret (Maguire) and the late Peter Kovalsky Sr. A lifelong resident of the Mon Valley and a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; he was employed by Piad Precision Casting in Greensburg as a quality control inspector for 17 years. In addition to his father; he was preceded in death by a brother; Francis Joseph Kovalsky; who passed away at birth. In addition to his mother; who lives in Belle Vernon; he is survived by his wife of 35 years; Louise Ann Lou Ann Micher Kovalsky; a son; Matthew James Kovalsky; of Donora; a twin brother and sister-in-law; Peter S.
