Mr.Bolchak was born Sept.27;1910;in Coal Center;a son of the late Frank and Magdalena Halgus Bolchak. A retired coal miner;he was a World War II veteran of the U.S.Army. Mr.Bolchak was a member of Holy Spirit R.C.Church;Fayette City.
