He was born Nov.17;1926;in Gallatin;a son of the late Joseph Banks and Josephine B.Robinson. Mr.Banks worked at Clairton Mill and at U.S.Steel for 10 years. He also worked at Westinghouse Airbrake and was a former employee of Peasant Village. He had spent most of his life in Pricedale;three years in Pittsburgh and the past six months in the personal care home. Mr.Banks was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gallatin. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his step-father;Jonas Robinson in 1963.
