She was born in Roscoe on May 19;1911;a daughter of the late Harry and Sarah Wick Fechter. Mrs.Bulger was a member of the Marion Presbyterian Church. Ora A.Biddle;91;of Char House;North Charleroi;died Saturday;Oct.13;1990;in Mon Valley hospital;Inc.;Carroll Township. Born Nov.27;1898;in Donora;she was the daughter of the late Robert W.and Myrtle Davis Sickels. Mrs.Biddle had been a Monessen resident for many years prior to moving to Charleroi. She was a member of First Baptist Church;Monessen;and was former president of the Monessen Golden Agers and the Charleroi Senior Citizens. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;John U.Biddle;two daughters;Jean V.Chuk and Lillian M.Fairley;one son;John A.Biddle;two sisters;two brothers and one half-sister.
