Mr. Clifford was born Aug. 17;
1943; in Pittsburgh; a son of Kenneth E. and Alice Steinmiller
Clifford; who survive and reside
in Belle Vernon.
He was a member of the First
Baptist Church of Plantation;
Fla.
Employed by the Seven-Eleven Corp.; Mr. Clifford had
served in the U.S. Air Force
from 1961 to 1965.
In addition to his parents; survivors include four sons; Kenneth of Fort Lauderdale; Fla.;
John of Lauderhill; Fla.; and
Thomas and Todd; both of
Sunrise; Fla.; and a brother and
sister-in-law; Kent and Kathy
Clifford of New Freedom. A memorial service will be held Friday;March 24;1989;at 10 a.m.in the Ferguson
Funeral Home; Inc.; 700 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon. The Ferguson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Hospital.
Born May 7; 1962; In North
Charlerol; he was the son of Helen
Barbour; who survives; and the late
Daniel Carpenter Sr.
Mr. Carpenter was a 1981
graduate of Monessen High School;
and had served with the U.S. Air
Force before being honorably
discharged in 1986 because of a
medical disability.
He was also employed as a security guard with Allied Security Service.
He was a member of the Gate of
Heaven Church of God In Christ;
Monessen.
In addition to his father; he was
preceded in death by a sister; Taquaia. Surviving are his wife; Shirette L.
Carpenter; one son; Daniel LaRoyal

Danecca LaRee Carpenter; both of
Monessen; five brothers; Daniel

Born Sept.21;1902;in Pricedale;he was the son of the late Timothy and Eva Smith Campbell. Mr.Campbell had been a watchman at Page Division of American Chain and Cable Company in Monessen prior to his retirement in 1967. He was a member of St.Paul’s Lutheran Church;Monessen. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Agnes Anderson Campbell;in 1987;three brothers and two sisters. Surviving are one daughter;Mrs.Anna Mae (Winnie) Winstone;with whom he made his home;two sons;Clarence Jr.(Skinny) and Julian W.(Chip);both of Monessen;19 grandchildren;13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren;and one sister;Mrs.Victor (Margaret) Scheeler of Beaver Falls. William G.Callaway of Belle Vernon R.D.2 died Sunday;Sept.18;1988;at 10:15 a.m.in Jefferson Center Hospital;Jefferson Borough. Mr.Callaway was 68. He was born in Monessen on Oct.26;1919;a son of the late Clarence and Sarah Wheatly Callaway. He attended Belle Vernon Presbyterian Church and was a member of Thomas McKee Post 28 of The American Legion in Monessen. He was a veteran of World War II;having served in the European Theater of operations. He had lived in Rostraver Twp. the last 45 years and formerly resided in Monessen. Mr.Callaway retired in 1982 as a foreman at the blast furnace at the Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.after 43 years of service. He was preceded in death by s sister;Ruth Kearns;and two brothers;Clarence Callaway and Joseph Callaway. He is survived by his wife;Florence Altier Callaway;two sons;William N.Callaway and Larry A.Callaway;both of Belle Vernon R.D.2;a daughter;Mrs.Donald (Beverly) Belczyk of Belle Vernon R.D.2;one sister;Mrs.Marion Kerr of Belle Vernon R.D.2;and six grandchildren. She was born Dec.25;1901;in Cambridge;Ohio;a daughter of the late Edgel and Hannah Witchcroft Miller. Mrs.Clegg was a member of the United Methodist Church. She had lived in Belle Vernon for the last six years;and was formerly from Youngstown;Ohio. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her twin brother;Edgel;and another brother;Richard. Surviving are her husband;Kessler Q.Clegg;one son;Jack Peters of New Town Square;two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
