Born Oct.23;1924;in North Charleroi;she was the daughter of the late Charles H.and Rose Pensis Muckle. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Charleroi and president of the United Methodist Women of the church. Mrs.Evans was a member and past matron of Order of Eastern Star Charleroi Lodge. She was also a member of the XYZ Club of Grace United Methodist Church. Survivers include her husband;William P.Evans;two daughters and one son-in-law;Sharon and James Valko of Cranberry Township and Charlene Evans of Cranberry Township;two grandchildren;Patrick and Eric Valko;one brother;Charles Muckle of Fallowfield Township and one sister;Colleen Whitenton of Fairfax;Va. T.Randall Evans;81;of Central Avenue;Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;Sept.29;1999;in Monongahela Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. Mr.Evans was born May 9;1918;in Fayette City;a son of the late Wilbur and Daisy Read Evans. He retired from the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel in 1980 and was the former owner of Randall’s Restaurant in Perryopolis with his wife;Helen Havadich Evans. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and great nephews. Besides his parents;he was preceded in death by a brother;Don Evans in 1997. Belle Vernon area; Mr. Echart
was a member of Pricedale Union Church.
He worked for many years at
the Clairton plant of U.S. Steel
and several area finance companies; then retired in 1993 from
Corning Glass; Charleroi.
In addition to his parents; he
was preceded in death by a son;
Jeffrey Scott Echart; in 1976.
Surviving are his wife; Erma
G. Lynn Echart; with whom he
would have celebrated 50 years
of marriage on Nov. 12; one son;
James L. Echart of Greensburg;
three daughters and two sons-in-law; Joyce and Dr. Robert
