Born May 15;1894;in Cerisano;Provinzia Cosenza;Italy;she was the daughter of the late Ferdinando and Carmella Greco Santoro. Mrs.Fundy was the last surviving member of her family;having been preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters. She also was preceded in death by her husband;John Fundy. Surviving are three sons;Frank of Belle Vernon;Attilio of Calistoga;Calif.;and Fred of Belle Vernon;and four daughters;Mrs.Louis (Delilah) Stipoli of Monessen;Mrs.Vincent (Eleanor) Mancuso of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Michael (Loretta) Hadjantoni of Warren;Mich.;and Mrs.Walter (Mary) Praskavich of New York;19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Mrs.Fundy resided in the Belle Vernon community for over 40 years. She was a member of St.Sebastian’s Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon and its St.Anthony’s Society. Mr.Falibota was born April 30;1916;in Monessen;a son of Justyna Falibota of Monessen and the late John Falibota. He retired in 1979 from the Chipping Bed of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation’s Monessen Plant. A lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area; Mr.Falibota was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society. He was a member of Monessen Knights of Columbus Council 954;of which he was a Grand Knight. Mr.Falibota was also a member of Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659;the Retired Steel Workers of America;Fairhope Rod and Gun Club and the Parents Asociation of Retarded Citizens. Born Aug.3;1899;in DiPietrabounia;Italy;he was the son of the late Gervasio and Annunziata Ansaldi Franchini. He was preceded in death by his wife;Emma Pieri Franchini in July;1981. Also precededing him in death were four sisters;Irma Franchini;Josephine Brizzi;Ida Mugnani and Mary Benedetti and a brother;Hugo Franchini. Surviving are many nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Giuseppe Garibaldi Beneficial Society of Charleroi and the Charleroi and Belle Vernon Golden Agers.
