He had also worked as a steward at the Ukrainian Home and also at the Ukrainian Literary and Beneficial Association;both in Monessen.He also served for 28 years as secretary of the Ukrainian National Association. He was a member of St.John the Divine Orthodox Church;Monessen. He had been a resident of Monessen for the past 73 years.
