Born in Fairhope on Oct. 31;
1924; he was a son of the late
George T. and Elizabeth
Anderson Peters. He was a
lifelong resident of the Belle
Vernon area.
Mr. Peters belonged to the
Marion Presbyterian Church.
He was employed by the
Monessen-South Western
Railroad at the Wheeling-
Pittsburgh Steel Corp. and
was a veteran of service with
the U.S. Air Force during
World War II.
Surviving are his widow;
Carolyn (Betty) Grazzini
Peters; three sons; Charles W.
Peters Jr. and David A.
Peters; both of Belle Vernon;
and Donald R. Peters of
Milford; Conn.; two brothers;
George T. Peters and Robert
Peters; both of Belle Vernon;
one sister; Mrs. Charles
(Ida May) Holet of Monessen;
and four grandchildren.
Friends will be received at
the Shelby D. Ferguson
Funeral Home; Belle Vernon;
from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Friday. Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 1 p.m.with the Rev.Robert H.R.Loughborough Jr.of the Marion Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. William T. Oliver; 64; of 416
Jacob St.; Belle Vernon; Washington Township; died Wednesday; Oct. 11; 2000; at 8:37 a.m.
in Mon Valley Hospital. He was
born March 18; 1936; in Beckley; W.Va.; a son of the late ltd
and Lucy Phillips Oliver. Mr.
Oliver was a resident of Washington Township the past 35
years and was a member of St.
Sebastian Roman Catholic
Church of Belle Vernon. He was
a retired supervisor from Fruehauf Corp. in Uniontown. An
U.S. Army veteran; he was a
member of Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 and the
VFW Belle Vernon Area Post
699. Mr. Oliver formerly served
on the board of directors at the
Center on the Hill. Survivors
include his wife; Margarcta
Krabichlcr Oliver; a son and
daughter-in-law; Susan and
John Diamond of Duncdin;
Fla.; one brother; James Oliver
of Titusville; Fla.; and one sister; Phyllis Huffman of Forest;
Va. In addition to his parents;
he was preceded in death by
three sisters. Friends will be

Donald R.O’Toole Jr.;43;of 209 Hoffman St.;Belle Vernon (Washington Township);died Sunday;July 25;1999;at 3:50 a.m.in his home. Born Sept.24;1955;on North Charleroi;he was a son of Donald R.Sr.and Teresa Mendicino O’Toole of Belle Vernon. He was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon;where he was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. Mr.O’Toole was employed as a forklift operator for Sensus Technologies;Uniontown. He was a member of the Fish and Game Club of Star Junction. In addition to his parents;survivors include his wife;Kathleen Hawker O’Toole;two sons;Jeremiah and Sean O’Toole;both at home;and three brothers;Ronald O’Toole of Murrysville;Gordon O’Toole of Belle Vernon and James O’Toole of England. Stephen E.Onderko;78;of Bradenton;Fla.;formerly of Belle Vernon;died Monday;June 7;1999;at 5:10 p.m. at the home of his son in Apollo Beach;Fla. He was born Sept.23;1920;in Monessen;a son of the late John and Mary Zevok Onderko. Mr.Onderko resided in Florida the past seven years and previously lived in Belle Vernon;where he was a former member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. He retired as a machine operator from the Allenport plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Mr.Onderko was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S.Army. He was a member of the VFW Post in Ruskin;Fla. Survivors include a daughter;Mrs.Allen (Andrea) Barnes of Venetia;two sons and a daughter-in-law;Mark Onderko of Austin;Texas;and Dr.Greg and Denise Onderko of Apollo Beach;Fla.;three grandchildren;Christopher Barnes;Zachary Barnes and Noah Onderko;and two brothers;Andrew Onderko of Monessen and Leonard Andrews of Uniontown. Dr.Eugene F.O’Leary;72;of Greensburg died Monday;Aug.24;1998;in Shadyside Hospital;Pittsburgh. He was born Nov.28;1925;in North Belle Vernon;a son of the late Frank and Anna B.Koslosky O’Leary. He was member of Our Lady of Grace;Greensburg;the Pennsylvania Society;the American Medical Association;and the Pitt Golden Panthers. He graduated from Belle Vernon High School in 1943 and from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1951. A U.S.Army veteran of World War II;he served in the 69th Infantry and was awarded the Purple heart for wounds received in the Battle of the Bulge. He purchased the St.James Park in 1956 and developed it into Linden Hall;selling it to the United Steelworkers in 1976. He resided in Greensburg the past seven years;having previously resided in La Jolla;Calif.;for 14 years. He retired from his private medical practice in the Mon Valley in 1977. Survivors include his wife;Mary Lou Dominico O’Leary;three daughters;Linda O’Leary;at home;Colleen O’Leary of Monessen;and Terry O’Leary of Carmichaels;two sons;Timothy O’Leary of Fayette City and Frank O’Leary of Ruff Creek;Pa.;one sister;Marie Grabania of Charleroi;one brother;Robert E.O’Leary of Belle Vernon;five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
