She was born Jan.16;1921;in Donora;a daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Obester Gombita. She was a member of the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church;Fayette City. Mrs.Pasqua was born Jan.24;1909;in Washington;Pa.;a daughter of the late Dominick and Caroline Reda Santelli. A former Monessen resident;she had lived in Belle Vernon the last 43 years. Mrs.Pasqua was a former employee of the former Johnson’s Restaurant in Monessen;the Twin Coaches Supper Club;Barbara Jones’ Restaurant and Linden Hall. She was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Her husband;Joseph Pasqua;died in January 1972. A sister;Emily Panepinto;is also deceased. John A.Province;95;of 110 Pennsylvania Ave.;Speers died Friday;Dec.17;1993;at 1:58 a.m.in Mon Valley Hospital. Mr.Province was born in Belle Vernon Dec.2;1898. Mr.Province was a member of the First Christian Church of Charleroi. He was also a member of the F&AM Lodge of Belle Vernon for 55 years and Uniontown Lodge of Perfection. He was a life member of the Belle Vernon Fire Departments;one and two. Additionally;he was a member and past commander of the Belle Vernon American Legion;where he was the oldest living veteran of World War I. He was also a member of the Charleroi VFW and member and former commander of WWI Barracks. He retired as an engineer Dec.31;1963;from Monessen-Southwestern Railroad of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel after 41 years of service. He was a veteran of the U.S.Navy having served in World War I. Mr.Province is survived by two sons;Loren T.(Ted) Province of Monessen;Don A.(Butch) Province of Speers;a daughter;Mrs.Daryl Wilson of Speers;nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Estelle Dunkerly Province;March 18;1985;two sons;Robert L.Province in 1935 and Tim Province in 1981;and a daughter;Donna Lee Hazelbaker in 1954.
