Mrs.Selepchak was a member of St.Anne Roman Catholic Church;Rostraver Township. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her first husband;Andrew Zakoski;her second husband;Nick Selepchak;five brothers;Andrew;John;Frank;Steve and Joseph Stanko;and two sisters;Elizabeth Ristrom and Mary. She is survived by 17 nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the James C.Stump Funeral Home Inc.;Sweeney Plan;Rostraver Township;where a blessing service will be held Monday at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.Anne R.C.Church;Rostraver Township;with the Rev.Thomas Rogers as celebrant. Mrs. Souleyret was born Oct.
6; 1946; in North Charleroi; a
daughter of Melvin and Betty
Dick Toth; both of whom survive
and reside in Fayette City.
She had been employed by the
State of Kentucky Department
of Public Welfare. Mrs. Souleyret had resided in
Harlen since 1967.
She was a member of the First
Presbyterian Church of Belle
Vernon.
Surviving; in addition to her
parents; are her husband; Ralph
Souleyret and two daughters;
Gina and Jaime Souleyret; all at
home; and one sister; Mrs. Barbara Moskala of Fayette City. Carrol (Carl) Simmons;76;of Charleroi;died suddenly Thursday;March 17;1994;at his home. Mr.Simmons was born July 1;1917;in Doe Hill;W.Va.;a son of the late Kenny C. and Maggie Moats Simmons. A former employee of the Melenyzer Furniture Store in Charleroi for 28 years;he retired from Charleroi Borough;where he was a police dispatcher for 13 years. Mr.Simmons was an active member of the Charleroi Volunteer Fire Department for 37 years;where he was a past president and engineer. He was a U.S.Navy veteran. Mr.Simmons was a member of The Presbyterian Church of Charleroi;BPO Elks Lodge No.494;Charleroi;and American Legion Post No;22;Charleroi. Surviving are his wife;Shirley J.Briggs Simmons;one son;Mark Alan Simmons of Charleroi;two brothers;John Simmons of Fayette City and William R.Simmons of Belle Vernon;and a granddaughter;Marla Jo Simmons of Charleroi. Friends will be received Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home;Inc.;226 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi. Nina L. Stokes.
Mr. Stokes was a member of
Quinn Chapel A.M.E. Church;
Donora; where he served on the
steward and trustee boards.
He was a former employee of
American Chain and Cable Company
in Monessen.
He was also a member of the
Twinn City Lodge 76 F&AM;
Pricedale.
In addition to his parents; he
was preceded in death by one
brother; Lawrence A. Stokes;
and one sister; Elsie Marie
Canady.
Surviving are his wife;
Elizabeth Carter Stokes; three
sons and two daughters-in-law;
Edmund and Darlene Stokes of
Miami; Fla.; Jerome Stokes of

Alma R.Sneed;80;of Charleroi; died Tuesday; Feb. 8;
1994; in Mon Valley Hospital;
Carroll Township.
She was born Jan. 14; 1914; in
Speers; a daughter of the late
Louis and Harriet Hilton Sneed.
Miss Sneed was a retired
teacher in the Charleroi School
District.
She was a graduate of California
University of Pennsylvania
and received her master’s
degree in education from the
University of Pittsburgh.
She was a member of the First
United Methodist Church of
Charleroi; where she was a Sunday
School teacher for several
years.
She was also a member of the Charleroi Garden Club; BPW;
Charleroi Historical Society and
the John K. Tener Library of
Charleroi.
Surviving is a sister; Eleanor
Vetter of Fallowfield Township.
Three sisters and five
brothers are deceased.
Friends will be received
