Charles E.Watts;75;of Donora;died Thursday;;Aug. 21;1997;in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. Born June 4;1922;in North Charleroi;he was a son of the late Albert C.and Josephine Morgan Watts. He was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Monongahela;where he was chairman of the Class Leaders and a past coordinator of the church food bank. Mr.Watts was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp.; Monessen plant.
He was a U.S. Army veteran
of World War II.
Mr. Watts had been a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
Survivors include his wife;

daughters and a son-in-law;
Kathleen and Stephen Ziats of
Marianna and Pamela Joy
Watts at home; one brother; Albert Watts of Fallowfield Township: two sisters. Mrs. Robert
(Laura Mae) Armentrout of
Oregon and Mrs. Glenn
(Laverne) Williams of North
Charleroi; and two grandchildren; Shane and Stephanie
Ziats.

Wilbur H.Wallace;83;of 380 Fells St.;Belle Vernon;died Monday;July 28;1997;at 9 a.m.in Haven Crest Convalescent Center;Carroll Township. He was born Feb.16;1914;in Monongahela;a son of the late Charles and Lillian McClain Wallace. Mr.Wallace was a member of the Pricedale Union Church and the Belle Vernon Golden Agers. He lived in the Belle Vernon area for the past 60 years. He retired from the Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Monessen Plant in 1976. On June 29;1935;he married Marie Trozzo Wallace;with whom he celebrated 62 years of marriage this past June 29. In addition to his wife;survivors include one son;Lee E.Wallace of Bayville;N.J.;one daughter;Joan M.Wassilchalk of Belle Vernon R.D.1;one sister;Frances Colvin of Belle Vernon;four grandchildren;Laurie Johnson;Daniel Wassilchalk;and Lynn and Lisa Wallace and five great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by one brother;Albion Wallace and one sister;Sara Kimball. Weibl.
Mr. Weibl had been employed
at the Page Division of American
Chain and Cable Co. in
Monessen before retiring in
1972. He was a member of Epiphany
of Our Lord Church;Monessen.
In addition to his parents; he
was preceded in death by one
daughter; Juliann Weibl Waggoner;
one sister; Louise Dolan;
and six brothers; John; Fred;
Ed; Raymond; Phillip and Carl
Weibl.
