Born in Monessen;she was a 1942 graduate of Monessen High School and a member of St.Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church in Monessen. John Fred Allen;64;of Fellsburg;Belle Vernon;R.D.1;died Sunday;May 27;1973;at 4:15 p.m. in McKeesport Hospital. Mr.Allen was born at Allen’s Crossroads;Rostraver Twp.;on January 10;1909. He was a retired employee of U.S.Steel’s Donora Works and was a partner in the Allen Coal Co. His parents were the late Robert F.and Allie S.Allen. He was a member of Fellsburg United Methodist Church.
