Mrs.Baxter was born in New Straitsville;Ohio;in September of 1899;had been in ill health since 1956. She moved to Roscoe from Allenport and was a member of the Roscoe Presbyterian Church;the Ladies Aid Society;and other church organizations. She is survived by her husband;Charles R.Baxter;three brothers;Porter Nixon;Elizabeth City;N.C.;Louis Gottke;Allenport;and Charles Gottke;Elco. Friends will be received at the late home.
