Born July 7;1893;in Rostraver Twp.;she was a daughter of the late Gibson and Mary Luce Winnett. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church;Monessen. Mrs.Bell was preceded in death by her husband;William J.;in August of 1968. Mrs.Bukowki was born in Pennsylvania on Nov.8;1896;the daughter of the late Michael and Louise Zimowski. Mr.Black was born in Charleroi on Aug.29;1929;the son of the late James C.Black Sr.and Evelyn Wilson Black. He was a veteran of the U.S.Marine Corps and a machinist at the Millcraft Industries in Washington. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Charleroi and Charleroi Sportsmen’s Club. Lloyd H.Bowers of 540 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleoi;died Tuesday;Jan.7;1975 at 4:15 p.m. in Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital. Mr.Bowers;86;had come to Charleroi in 1891 and was believed to be the person who had lived the longest in the community. He was born in Belle Vernon on March 28;1888;son of the late John H.and Estella Maude Henry Bowers. He was a retired employee of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.having worked at the Allenport Plant. Previously he was associated with his father in the hardware business in Charleroi. Mr.Bowers belonged to the First United Methodist Church;Elks Lodge No.494 and Senior Citizens;all of Charleroi. He is survived by his widow;Ethel Haines Bowers;and a sister;Mrs.Russell (Jean) Carr of Pittsburgh. Friends will be received at the Harold L.Schrock Funeral Home;Charleroi;from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
