Born Feb.4;1912;in Mobile;Ala.;he was a son of Henry and Nancy Washington Driver;and had resided in the Mon Valley area about 50 years. He was a retired employee of the Coke Plant at the Clairton Works of U.S.Steel Corp. Mr.Driver was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II and served overseas in the Quartermaster Corps. He was a member of the Whole Truth Church of God in Christ of Donora. Surviving are his widow;Mrs.Eva Mae Garlington Driver and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by five brothers;Fred;James;Henry;William;who died April 19;1976;and John who passed away Feb.27;1977. Mr.Duda;28;was injured while unloading a water tank truck at a residence on Craven Hill. He was born in North Charleroi on May 21;1948;son of Carl and Jennie Park Duda of Fairhope. He was a millwright apprentice at the Irvin Works of United States Steel. Mr.Duda was a social member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3557;Fairhope;and belonged to the Fayette Dairy Goat Association.
