Mr.Frazier was born in Rostraver Twp.on April 21;1887 and belonged to the First Christian Church of Belle Vernon. Hr retired in 1960 from Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. His wife Anna Whyte Frazier;preceded him in death on September 22;1970. Born Feb.17;1907;in Fayette City;he was a son of the late Alonzo and Mary Arison Farquhar. Mr.Farquhar was a retired employee of the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He was a member of the Fayette City United Methodist Church.
