He was born in Belle Vernon on May 2;1914;a son of the late Theodore and Caroline Malec Frycki;and had been a lifelong resident of the area. Mr.Fryske retired in 1972 after having been a self-employed strip miner. He belonged to St.Sebastian Catholic Church;Belle Vernon;and the Holy Name Society of the parish. He was also a member of American Legion Post 659;Belle Vernon;and the Fairhope Rod and Gun Club. Walter J.Felix;70;of 326 Graham St.;Belle Vernon;died Saturday;June 25;1977;at 11:15 a.m.in Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital. Born in Snowden on March 13;1907;he was a son of the late Joseph and Jacobina Weidel Felix. He had resided in Belle Vernon since 1974 and had previously lived in Monessen. Mr.Felix retired in 1972 as a wire drawer with the Page Plant of American Chain and Cable Co. His wife;Sophie Blatt Felix;preceded him in death on April 8;1976.
