Catholic Church of Monessen.
Mrs. Hess was born in Rochester;
Pa.;Nov.17;1906.

that he had worked for 27 years

Pittsburgh Steel. He was a
member of St. Sebastian R.C.
Church; Belle Vernon.

George Hela Sr.;80;of Cook St.;Fayette City;died at his late home Thursday;Feb.18;1965;at 4:50 p.m.after a lengthy illness.  He was a member of the G.C.U.Sokol and Holy Trinity Orthodox Church;both of Charleroi.   A retired coal miner;Mr.Hela was born in Austria-Hungary on May 6;1884.  Surviving are his daughter;Mrs.John (Anna) Kushnar of Fayette City;seven sons;George;Andrew and Stephen of Fayette City;Michael of Stockdale;John of Perryopolis;Peter of Vanderbilt and Charles of Perryopolis;sixteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  Friends are being received at the late home where service will be held Monday;Feb.22;at 10 a.m.  Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Parastas service at the home Feb.20 and 21 at 8 p.m.  Howard W.Mccrory of Fayette City;funeral director.  

Clinton L.Harper;88;a retired Allenport grocery merchant;died Saturday morning;Jan.30;1965;at 5 a.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. An Allenport resident;he was born in Vanderbilt;Oct.24;1876. He was a member of the Methodist Church;Allenport and Gummert Lodge 252 Free and Accepted Masons;Fayette City. Surviving are his widow;Nellie Jones Harper;a brother;Harry Harper;Monessen and several nieces and nephews. Friends are being received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;where a service will take place at 1:30 p.m.Tuesday;Feb.2.
