She was born in Georgetown;S.C.;a daughter of the late Rev.Marcus and Elizabeth Grant. She was a member of the Wayman A.M.E.Baptist Church;Monessen. Surviving are her husband;Ray;her stepmother;Mrs.Leola Grant;an aunt;Mrs.Rosa Lee of Georgetown;S.C.;a nephew;Allen James Grant;and a niece;Mrs.Katherine Tansmore;both of Monessen and whom she raised;and other nieces and nephews. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Draper Funeral Home;Monessen. A funeral service will be held Friday;July 9;at 11 a.m.at the Wayman A.M.E.Church;Monesen;with the Rev.Mrs.Margaret Henderson;pastor of the Connellsville A.M.E.
