William A.Weitzel;57;of 737 Lewis Ave.;Speers;died in the Oakland Veterans Hospital;Pittsburgh;on Tuesday Dec.25;1962;at 2:25 a.m. He was born in Elco;June 26;1905. He was a member of the American Legion Post 22;of Charleroi;and Arden Calvert Post 167;Veterns of Foreign Wars of Charleroi. He was a veteran of World War II;and served with the U.S.Navy. He is survived by his widow;Mrs.Alice Souply Weitzel;two daughters;Mrs.Betty Lowther of Miami;Fla. and Gail Weitzel of Charleroi;two brothers;Harry of Elco and Charles of Fredericktown;four sisters;Mrs.Annie Meier of Harrisville;Pa.Mrs.Clara Wellington;California;Pa.Mrs.Helen Bestwick of Elco and Mrs.Henrietta Price of Belle Vernon;three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was born in England October
4; 1867. Mrs. Warbutton was
the oldest member of the Trinity
Episcopal Church of Monessen.
