Charles A.Beazell;a prominent resident and business man of Belle Vernon;died very suddenly at his home Thursday afternoon at 4:30 o’clock;from a stroke of paralysis. Mr.Beazell had suffered from a stroke some time previously; and on Thursday as additional attack proved fatal. Previous to this last stroke;Mr.Beazell had been indisposed for a few days. He was born in Belle Vernon;Jan.16;1863;the son of the late John and Jane P.Beazell;and lived in that community all his life. At the time of his death he was engaged in the plumbing business. He was married September 6;1900;to Miss Rose Chalfant;of Grindstone;and to them three children were born;Kenneth;Ella and Louise. Besides his widow and children he is survived by three brothers;W.H.in Warrensburg;MO.;R.M. and H.N. of Belle Vernon;and two sisters;Mrs.W.S.Harvey;and Miss Alberta Beazell;of Belle Vernon. Mr.Beazell was a member of the board of health;and the civic league of Belle Vernon;and of the Belle Vernon Lodge of Masons. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock;from the Methodist church;in charge of Rev.J.B.Taylor;after which the Masonic burial rites will be accorded the deceased. Interment will be made in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
