At 3:50 o’clock Sunday morning;April 23;1933 George Kolibas Coleman;Sr.;aged 65 years;succumbed;after a lingering illness;at his home at 833 Meadow Avenue. Mr.Coleman is very well-known in valley circles;having lived in Fayette City and its immediate surroundings for a number of years. He has made his residence in Charleroi for the past thirteen years and has made a countless number of friends. Mr.Coleman was an active member of various lodges in the valley and was an untiring worker for their principles. Surviving the deceased are his widow;Mary;a daughter;Mrs.Joseph Kendrick;Jr.;of Charleroi;two sons;George and Michael;both at home;and one grandchild;Eunice Kendrick. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning;April 26;1933;at 9:00 o’clock at the home followed by Requiem High Mass at St.Cyril Church at 10 o’clock with Father Sedlock in charge. Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
