Mrs. Louise Cayrel (nee Laganier); aged 62 years; died Wednesday
morning; July 23;1952; at 6:20 a. m. in
Charleroi-Monessen hospital following a lingering illness. She had
made her home with her daughter;
Mrs. Emil Rieu; 329 Third street.
She is survived by Mrs. Rieu;
two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was a member of St. Leonard’s R. C. Church; and of the
Ladies Auxiliary of the Franco-Belge Beneficial Society here.
Friends are being received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home; 262
Conner avenue; Monessen. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon;July 26;1952; at 2 o’clock from St.Leonard’s R.C.Church;with Rev.O.J.Kirby officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Edwin Melenyzer;funeral director.

Theodore Cardelli;421 Ontairo street;died Saturday morning;July 12;1952;at 4 a.m. in York Hospital;York;Pa. He is survived by his wife;Mrs.Rose Cardelli;a sister;Gelsimina Cardelli of Monessen;two brothers;Angelo Cardelli of Monessen;and Elijio in Italy. The deceased was a founder and a past president of the Italian Mutual Aid Society of Monessen. Friends are being received at the Check Home for Funerals. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home Tuesday;July 15;1952;at 10:15 o’clock with Church services to follow in St.Cajetan’s R.C.Church with Rev.Nunzio Pirulli offficiating. Matthew V.Cope;36;of Fayette City;R.D.(Naomi) died May 26;1952;at 11:45 p.m. He was born in Fayette City;February 18;1916;the son of John and Rosalie (Kopus) Cope. He was a member of the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church;Charleroi;and the Moose Lodge here. He is survived by his wife;Alice Cope;three sons and two daughters;two brothers;John Cope and Joseph Cope of Fayette City;R.D.;and one sister;Mrs.Anna Rockridge of Fayette City;R.D. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Friday;May 30;1952;at 1 p.m.;followed by additional servies at 2 p.m.in the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church;Charleroi.
